SKNBASE generates AI-assisted skincare routines and product recommendations based on information and photos you provide. Recommendations are general skincare guidance only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a dermatologist or doctor for medical concerns, and discontinue use of any product that causes irritation.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your skin profile.
Premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store / Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt the app, reverse-engineer it, resell its recommendations, or upload content that isn't yours or that violates others' rights.
The app, its design, and its recommendation logic are owned by SKNBASE. Photos and profile data you submit remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SKNBASE is provided "as is." Skin outcomes vary by individual, and we do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or that any product will be effective or free of side effects for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKNBASE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party product it recommends.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
